This year is the up and up, you can only go up from here. Ive been noticing so many people just being so negative and I want to tell you that the more you complain, the more of what you are complaining about you will receive. So you need to write down what all you are complaining about then write down your intentions, which are the complaints in a positive way For example I am stressed....Intention: I am not stressed and something better than that I am more relaxed and I sleep better than I ever have. Speak positive and watch your life change. There is Life and Death in the power of the tongue...its really not a joke, its the truth and you have two options to speak, which one are you going to choose from this moment forward?
