This year led me to an interesting discovery. Jeannie will probably shake her wise head at me...buuut... I discovered that eating crap makes me feel sick and tired all the time! :O Who would have thought?! So in the past 2 months, I stopped eating pasta, bread, Starbucks sugar laced coffee drinks, pizza, etc all the damn time. Now I still hate making time for cooking though, so my food choices are still limited. :D But now a normal day of eating involves things like an almond bar (snack), yogurt, carrot or celery sticks, occasional spinach juice, eggs, oatmeal, chicken... And voilà !! I started getting my energy back! My stomach doesnt feel bloated and disgusting during the day! My favorite jeans/skirts arent as tight anymore!! I havent felt this good in a LOOOOONG time!!! p.s. I am SURE I lost at least a few pounds, so I had the brilliant idea of weighing myself this morning. Except Im pretty sure my weight scale thingy is broken because it stated that I now weigh 28.2 POUNDS. Clearly, its broken. :/
