This year our family is thankful we are in a better financial place. We have decided to give to others. We chosen 12 names from a local gifting tree and helped purchase gifts with Dawn Mackeller for those children. Today we are taking our Girl Scout Troop funds and will be making more purchases. A donation list came our way and it makes me sad that people are asking for things like toilet paper and dish soap. We are going to purchase lots of household items as well as hats, scarves and mittens and then go from there...
