This year with such erratic weather, allergy season is in full swing. I receive daily pollen allergy alerts. Typically they start when we reach pollen levels in the 4-5 range. I received my first alert yesterday showing allergies in the 8.3 range on a scale of 1-12. I also received several emails from clients regarding allergy symptoms. I suggest the following: Quercetin with bromaline 500 mg 3 -6 times per day depending on the severity of the allergy. Also stop, I mean stop chamomile tea as it is a cousin of ragweed adds to the toxic load our liver is trying to clear from these tree pollens.
