This young lady is so tired...cannot keep my eyes opened. Office has been very busy this week, But with the busyness, problems and issues seem to arise. I shake my head some days at how some of the staff respond to our patients. They are not rude, but one in our office comes up with some real zingers when talking with the patients. I have never seen anyone come up with as many excuses she does when trying justify this or that to a patient. Today she told a patient that they had to complete a new demographic was because we just had a big state audit and they require it. I was like, "what? where did you get that information?" (I said it under my breath of course!) - there are some days I do not even know how to respond or act upon some of her comments. Crazy?
