Thoroughly disgusted. I just purchased a laptop less than 5 days ago Ive literally opened it 3 times with today after work being the third time . I never even got on the internet because I do not have WiFi service yet. When I opened it up today it I immediately knew there was something wrong with it. Nobody was home all day except my daughter and our two dogs . My first thought was our big dog, who is off the chain (pardon the pun) when he runs around the apartment had probably possibly knocked it off and broken it. In addition to this, our little dog that we have chases after him so he also could be the culprit.My daughter swears having no knowledge of anything happening to it so possibly she was out of the room, but I just know that something did happen. It was perfectly fine when I went to bed last night and its broken today. Ijust brought it to Best Buy and had their Geek Squad look at it and they confirmed that it definitely does have a cracked screen and it would cost more to repair the screen then I just paid for it which was literally every penny I have for the next two weeks until I get paid again. I was extremely pissed at first, slammedva couple doors, left my house and drove around for a minute to chill out, cried until I now have a headache, and now Im just screwed out of a computer, and money. Sooo bummed. :(:(:(:(:(
