Those cops did 3 things wrong 1. False arrest. Video taping is legal and he was nowhere near the scene. 2. unnecessary force to a compliant handcuffed man. ONLY when they started pushing and shoving him did the dog jump out of the car 3. Again unnecessary force with the dog. The dog was not in attack mode. They could have pepper sprayed or tazed the dog instead of shot him. These 3 need to lose their jobs. In general there needs to be retraining across the board to encourage cops to choose their tazers not their guns more often, and to tell them that video taping is legal.
