Those destroying Ngige’s billboards are afraid of APC ~ Spokesman The destruction and removal of the campaign billboards of Senator Chris Ngige in Anambra State have drawn the ire of the Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos State, Mr. Joe Igbokwe. Igbokwe, who is from Anambra State, told his kinsmen in Nnewi on Wednesday that those who were removing Ngige’s campaign billboards were only exhibiting signs that they were afraid of the APC candidate in the November 16 governorship election. Ngige is the governorship candidate for the APC in the forthcoming governorship election in Anambra State.Igbokwe, who said he was in Nnewi to talk to his people about the choice they should make in the election, said the APC held out for them and indeed Anambra State and Nigeria the hope that would change Nigeria for good. He said APC as a party was concerned about putting the right people in governance and would never sacrifice merit for any reason. “APC is coming. We want to change this country. We are coming to Anambra State and we will transform everywhere. We will do it beyond Anambra State and even beyond Nigeria,” he said.
