Those enforcement bodies like JPJ , Puspakom or any other perlesenan government body that failed to do their jobs Or let things slip by becos of corruption. YOU are PARTIALLY LIABLE . YOU ARE ALSO AT FAULT. DO NOT THINK JES BECOS U ARE NOT DRIVING THE LORRY AND YOU ARE NOT THE ONE THAT CRASHED AND CAUSED LOSS OF LIVES. IT IS ALSO DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE OF HANDLING YOUR JOB IN A IRRESPONSIBLE WAY. When enforcement spend their time checking on unproductive things like SIRIM labels , valid road tax, valid license , tinted windscreens etc..they spend less effort conducting checks on wat really matters. WORST IF THEY LET IT SLIDE UNDER THE TABLE. UNRoadworthy commercial vehicles / DRIVERS have caused hundreds of deaths each year and yet this carnage continues. AS A RESULT A MOTHER, A DAUGHTER AND COUNTLESS INNOCENT LIVES ARE LOST!!! WAKE UP CALL !! DO YOUR FCUKING JOB!! SET YOUR PRIORITIES RIGHT!! ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS SET UP ENFORCEMENT POSTS AT EVERY MAJOR HIGHWAY TOLL BOOTH. DO AT LEAST 100 INSPECTIONS AT RANDOM. HAVE THE WHOLE PLACE CCTV. NO ONE CAN PLAY HANKY PANKY. IMPOUND LORRIES THAT DOES NOT MEET SPECIFICATIONS. DO NOT ACCEPT BRIBES. THOSE WHO GIVE BRIBES. LOCK UP AND JAIL TIME NON BAILABLE. STOP THE NEGLIGENCE. STOP THE DEATHS!!
