Those in my circle know just how much it means to me to be able to help them be better in any way possible, but today I was really touched when a very good friend and training partner expressed their appreciation for it. So many amazing things have happened as a result of just wanting to get healthier last year, and even though I couldnt have imagined most of it back then I really wasnt expecting to love coaching and teaching so much. Im going to do my best to keep this passion growing. I have amazing people around me who inspire and motivate me, and I hope I can do the same.
