Play by Play’s goal is not only to fill empty seats, but to dress the house for productions. Our members share in that responsibility. Accordingly, PLAY BY PLAY MEMBERS AGREE TO: * Always go to a performance after you have committed to do so. Except in the case of a dire emergency, you always attend a performance if you have reserved tickets… it is a member’s promise to Play by Play and Play by Play’s promise to the producers. * Always collect your tickets yourself and always accompany your guests to the performances. No ticket reserved through Play by Play can be used by anyone unless the Play by Play member is present. IMPORTANT: Please present your Reservation Confirmation at the box office to collect tickets and be prepared to show an ID. * Always collect tickets according to the Ticket Collection Instructions on our website. You must collect your tickets at least 30 minutes before a performance so you do not delay the service the box office gives to those who are purchasing tickets. * Always stay for the entire performance. * Always applaud appropriately and generously. We have been invited to that performance to create a more positive atmosphere. * Never question the Box Office about the seats you are given or ask for your seats to be changed. Usually they are very good seats, but we fill the seats that we are given without question. * Whilst at the theatre, never mention Play by Play or how your tickets were arranged. Discretion is an extremely important aspect of our service. * Never take young children to the productions unless the show is specified as being childrens theatre or family appropriate.
