Those of you from Kenya know that we sometimes use the word loo to - TopicsExpress

Those of you from Kenya know that we sometimes use the word loo to refer to the toilet. Should you head to a Porta Potty, then you are taking a trip to the Loo. So put yourself in the mindset of a cartoon . . . . . and listen to what happened. Last week, we were driving down the freeway when two Loos sped by us at breakneck speed. They were locked arm in arm with each other and secured to the back of a truck. They were right behind the back of the cab and seemed to be giving the driver directions. ;-) I burst out laughing! There was something so ludicrous about speeding loos. It was unclear if they were on their way to a Loo Emergency or if it was something more like a lovers escape. Perhaps the two of them wanted out and were under-age? Or perhaps they really needed to go? I am laying money that they were headed to a wedding chapel in Reno, as they were locked arm in arm (strapped together.) I think they also got really tired of being dumped on. The idea of one more deposit became unbearable. They saw a long line of people headed their way and the two of them hijacked the truck in desperation. (They had probably been plotting their escape for some time.) I pictured the long line of people left behind wailing . . . . Oh NO! There went my Loo . . . . The call to 911 . . . Officer our Loos are on the Loose! We saw them headed down the freeway going 100 miles an hour. YES, we can give you their descriptions! Just HURRY! Bring them back . . . . Then the song playing . . . . Loos on the Loose! Sort of in the style of Band on the Run. I watched as the truck switched over to the fast lane after he passed me speeding on the right. DEFINITELY the makings of a great cartoon video! The boys and I were giggling watching this plot unfold . . . . .
