Those of you that have worked with or for me know this to be true. The one thing I absolutely will not tolerate is racial remarks, or someone being racist period! My best employee (and one of my favorites) got mad at another employee and started calling her racial names!π³ It was ended quickly, neither one could believe how mad I got, and they really freaked when I made him clock out and go home! He looked at me like I betrayed him. But, I made it very clear that I would not accept that type of behavior from anyone! I dont care how great of an employee you are, or even how great you think you are! Hey Thomas Drakeford remember Richard? What a jackass!
