Those of you that know me well, know that I have had some serious body image issues since I was very young. Well it just so happens that I work with a wonderful young man that has become somewhat of an inspiration. Over the last few months I have literally watched him transform in front of me. Not just physically, but emotionally. I watch him grow every day just by living his life to the fullest. He decided to let go of what was wrong, grab life by the balls and really start living it. So, in the spirit of letting go and taking the plunge...... Most of you know Ive been struggling to lose weight. I hit my plateau, became discouraged and stopped trying. As a result (yep you guessed it) Ive gained some of the weight back. Ive set a new goal: 30 pounds lost by the time we go to Vegas for our anniversary. So whats the big plunge youre asking? Here it is. Im posting a picture....not just a head shot taken in the perfect lighting at the perfect angle. Nope....here is ALL of me. These photos will now be referred to as exhibit A or, the BEFORE. If you want to see the after, youll either have to meet us in Vegas at the end of October, or wait on pins and needles for the big reveal of the AFTER photo which will be taken in Vegas. There are a few of you out there that have been so very supportive. Youve given me advise, encouragement and youve been there for me every step of the way. Without you, I wouldnt have made it this far
