Those of you that know me will know I push myself to the limit each day despite ill health i say this not out of a desire for pity or sympathy far from it but to emphasize how passionately i genuinely care for so many of our welsh ponies neglected -whose lives and welfare some scoundrels so callously discard so easily like yesterdays garbage -thrown out on the hillsides and mountains and commons to fend for themselves to live or die with out an ounce of compassion or pity! Much is wrong and much needs changing -those i have come in contact with in authority and have spoken to quite frankly have not impressed me one bit. My own personal experience has been to date of finding some unco-operative and in fact on many occassions down right evasive and obstructive in my opinion. Clearly this is not good enough -known fly grazers are operating successfully in south east wales in fact far too successfully which rings the alarm bells for many welsh ponies are being exploited who should not be. I always defend our welsh ponies interests and i am not intimidated by position or title the welsh ponies need a voice not out of any self interest or gain simply to do what is right by them and to help them when so many are so vulnerable and clearly at high risk by those who will look for quick solutions to be rid of the problem. While we want changes for the better for them and more responsibly ownership we do not condone removing for slaughter or any secret actions against our welsh ponies -the irresponsibly owners and flygrazers are the real problem not the innocent ponies caught up in all this-poor souls heartbreaking X . . . . .
