Those of you who know me well know that turning forty is not happiness for me. Woke up with the blankets over my head today. So while in my vanity I shed tears for my extra pounds, wrinkles, and the fact I am closer now to 50 than 30...my tears became less about my age and more about the overwhelming sentiment from those who know me and love me anyway.
