Those poisoned vegetables from our markets victimized me 2x this year. Last July, our maid cooked a bowl full of pechay and I gobbled it all since I like to be healthy. After that, in 3 hours time, I felt bloating in my stomach with blades rotating inside causing much pain. I had weakness and cold sweats so I took magnesium sulfate to cause loose bowel and flush the poison out. In one weeks time, I lost 7 kgs of weight and found my pants all loose. This happened again yesterday and I am now suffering. I am now trying chlorella detox to flush the poison out. I advised our cook to soak vegetables in salt water overnight and ozonize it before cooking but the poisons sometimes scape our precautionary measures. In our country, there is no ban on insecticides and their spraying of it before harvest and selling. In the market itself, vendors sprinkle these foodstuff (vegetables, fish, etc) with formalin to make them look fresh. Our government is helpless in ensuring safe food for us. If you have the time, better raise your own foodstuff. We might be embalmed alive by our farmers and food vendors.
