He expressed these views while talking to students, teachers, and people of different walks of life from Karachi and other cities of Sindh. Elders, women, young men, male and female students in the delegation told him about the anger among the urban people over the statements of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders’ support for new provinces in other parts of the country but opposition to the formation of new provinces in Sindh. They said that provocative statements of PTI leaders have hurt the feelings of people living in urban Sindh. They told Mr Hussain they had a right to protest over their provocative statements. “I have always preached national unity, love and unity among different ethnic groups, brotherhood, communal harmony and religious tolerance. It is my desire to end the rule of the 2 per cent privileged class and establishment of the rule the poor and oppressed people who are 98% of the population of the country.” Mr Hussain said that the formation of new provinces for administrative purposes is the dire need of time. “The element s who are opposing the division of Sindh or formation of new administrative units but supporting the creation of new provinces in other parts of the country are playing a double game. Their behaviour is disgusting. If provinces can be formed in other parts of Pakistan, why new provinces and administrative units cannot be established in Sindh.
