Those who have never experienced sensory overload have no idea what sensory overload is like for those who experience it frequently. Everything from the buzz of fluorescent lights, to the vague flicker they make that is only noticed out of the corner of the eye, to the smell of the cleaning solutions, to the drone of various conversations, right down to the feel of the clothing slowly pulling every hair on the body in slightly the wrong direction, to the click of the clocks on the wall. It all adds up to form a cacophony of sensory over stimulation that slowly drives a person over the edge. vimeo/52193530
