Those who have their eye on the future are the world dreamers. Those who have their eye on the present are the world doers. Those who have their eye on the past are the world analyzers. It takes a dreamer to set a goal to draw a future to create the plan. It takes a doer to be dedicated to the procedures to implement the plan. It takes an analyzer to adjust the pitfalls to rationalize the expectations and to spot the slippery edges to assure sustainability of the plan. The dreamer, the doer and the analyzer need not to compel each other; on the contrary they should recognize they constitute THE PERFECT WORLDS TEAM The dreamer, the doer and the analyzer need to learn to supplement each other instead of substituting one another. It takes a real LEADER to understand that the three are exquisite members of his team and to understand how to fit them together in his plan and how to delegate each to his entitled role. Peoples variation is a wealth, differences enrich the mission not compromise it, contradiction may be molded to be a part of perfection rather than an evidence of incompleteness ;God had taught us that by his holly names ( wa L Alah elmathal ela3la); Aldar/ Alnafe3, Almobde2/ Almo3eed, Alra7man/Almontakem...etc.. The only condition for such contradiction to function towards perfection is to exist simultaneously rather than alternatively
