Those who know me, even on a casual level, know my extreme love of all things Apple -- something that goes back over 25 years. I was an early adopter many years before they had stores with 1/2-mile-long lines. I even sold Macs at CompUSA during their rare Demo Days back in the 90s. Sane or not - and at the risk of being called an outright fanboy - I generally think Apple can do no wrong. Except now. Apple, listen up: youre getting your ASS KICKED by the competition. Not necessarily product vs product, but rather Apple is being outflanked by non-stop ads... and lemme tell ya, these ads are GOOD. How do I know? They make me wanna switch. They make ME want to switch. Why? Apple has some great products! Theyre losing the messaging war big time (fans of the current Administration know *exactly* what I mean) and if Tim Cook doesnt get his shit together (and soon), everything that youre spending on that new insanely-cool spaceship-like headquarters will soon be a bit tighter than originally planned. Cmon, Apple. You CANT lose the cool factor thing -- lose that, and its all over (and quick).
