Those who patronize the hustlers and rustlers are like people who wind up at a phone booth, depositing endless coinage in an attempt to connect to and communicate with heaven. To illustrate: A man was continuously throwing coins into the slot of the public telephone, at the booth on the corner of 37th and 91st. It was beginning to become annoying to the man after so many deposits because he couldnt get a dial tone. The Merciful One said, I should intervene. A break from the norm occurs when the man gets the Operator on the other end of the phone, Who kindly greets him: This is your operator. How may I help you? The man who is surprised to finally get through is somewhat speechless but pulls himself together and relays: I was told that if I come to this place often enough and put in money enough, I could get a call through for favor. The Operator took this info in, and then said: I see. Tell you what! Look in your pocket. There you will find a customized phone where all you got to do is hit the letters on the keypad in a specific sequence. Can you take down this information, please? Our caller said: Sure! As he reached in his pocket to pull out the new phone, he noticed that the portable phone that he already had had been changed quite a bit. It was shiny, looked brand new as if out of the packaging on the day that he bought it. The Operator spoke to him and said: You have had the potential to phone all along. All you needed to do was use what you already had; do you realize what that is now? The caller was both amazed and ashamed at the same time, but did reply: My faith. The Operator spoke to him and said: You became gullible in your desperation and became a prey for those who would exploit it. All you need to do is use what you have to get what you need when you make the proper connection to Me…and with Me in faith, for has not one of my servants shared: The just shall live by his faith. The man walked away from that corner of 37th and 91st (and past the place of exploitation) with a conviction to seek the LORD while He may be found. Lets do the same. By the way, the sequence that was given to that man for a proper connection is not disclosed here. Know why? Cause its personal. Selah!
