Though I do not expect every media organization run by Nigerians to be a mouthpiece of government, I am beginning to wonder if the people that run SAHARA REPORTERS are Nigerians. I took serious interest in the On Line media a few years back for their in depth investigative write ups, reports and analysis. But of late, it has become a propaganda mouthpiece of persons whom I believe do not wish Nigeria well. This is my country! Am not a Politician! I ve followed their reports on the Boko Haram saga and I dare say that its all geared with unveiled bias toward the opposition rubbishing the Nigerian Govt at every turn. Now again, I just saw Nigerians expressing their displeasure at the Boko haram saga in the USA to GEJ and Sahara Reporters says they were hired. Hired to express their wishes for the insurgency to end? The only people I read their views on regularly on SR are those like El Rufai and co who has never seen anything good in a South South President. The very best that GEJ can get is another four years and Nigeria will outlive us all. BH is not a Jonathan Creation and Fundamentalists insurgency is a global phenomenon. An adage in my place says that when u come into our compound to insult my father,then u have no respect for me. I am not an enthusiastic GEJ fan, but for Christ sake, he is the Elected president of my country and so I take serious exception to these daily debasing insults directed at my country using the office of the president. As of today, I ve officially stopped reading Sarara Reporters and challenge the opposition to come out with clear cut and Constructive suggestions on how the BH insurgency which has killed thousands of Muslims and Christians alike can be curtailed and stop using it for electioneering campaign purposes. Nigeria would still exist even after Jonathan and Buhari. Enough is Enough!
