Though I often pick on Google (because, well, they deserve it most of the time), I have to give them kudos when they do something well. I received a text message notice from Google that someone in Guadalajara, Mexico tried to hack into my Google account. Google prevented the sign-in attempt due to the suspicious nature of the sign in. The notice didn’t say how (or if) they had my correct password, or if they failed the security questions, or what have you, but they did recommend my changing the password (which I did). Granted, I use my gmail account as back up only and rarely use it, but it is good knowing they have my back. Good job keeping on top of this, Google!
