Though incredibly Majestic and incredibly large these Danes are - TopicsExpress

Though incredibly Majestic and incredibly large these Danes are the most fragile of creatures in body as well as in feelings. Our hearts are with David York and James Pierce today as they had to say goodbye to their precious George. Though George has not been with them long the time spent in the York Household was a time of a Dane who had never known what it was like to be a puppy, but learned. George never knew what it was like to be someones special boy but in the past months he learned. George never had a friend in the world but in the past months he made two best friends in his fur siblings. Watching his discovery at the good life was nothing short of beautiful. George left us today whole in spirit with love at his side. I want to thank David and Jim for loving a boy we knew would not be with us long from the start. And to remind you how meaningful your part of his life path was.I thank you for allowing me the honor to be among those who guided George toward the bridge this afternoon. I want to thank our Dr. Shaw at Ideal Veterinary who on his day off happened to stop in the clinic and took over to be with us for the entire duration. As always Dr. Shaw remains compassionate and excellent in his care. I want to thank the staff at Ideal Veterinary who never fail to come forward and show their care for your dog. Rest in Peace Sweet George. You hop over those rainbows while running after those butterflies in your beautiful whole body. Take with you the love and light you were given and spread that love to those before you who have no one to call their own. Let them know that one day we as rescuers are coming for them too. Rub noses and greet those who are already friends there before you. Tell them of the love that still fights for them on earth. Rest in Peace sweet boy.......
