Thought I would share these two recently received testimonials with you all. So rewarding to be receiving feedback like this but of course the strong message is that exercise is proving to be making a difference to these clients wellbeing after only a few weeks. Keep up the good work ladies - you deserve all your hard earned benefits! : Approaching middle age, and holding the world record for never entering a gym or following a fitness regime, I thought the time had come to start. I’d been putting it off for years as I have an auto immune disease which causes chronic fatigue, joint pain and stiffness and generally feeling flu like symptoms most of the time. This doesn’t put one in the mood to exercise, but a friend recommended I see Louise and I’m so happy I did! I’ve only been with her just over 6 weeks and the difference to my life is indescribable. I have tons more energy, I’m not so sore in the mornings and my body shape has also improved for the better. I wish I had found her years ago! The woman who dragged her feet down to meet Louise, dreading what was ahead when we first started, now looks forward to our sessions and is full of enthusiasm. I can’t recommend this woman enough. I look forward to every session though there are some exercises I totally dread, the results that I have seen thus far have been fantastic! I suffer from knee problems and that was my biggest worry when I first started training but Louise has actually helped a lot with my progress and my pain is actually no longer there!
