Thought I would share with yall my current chest and calves workout! Give it a crack and the last calf exercise is a killer! Idea from IFBB pro Ben Pakulski! 󾭞󾭞 Chest 1)Incline hammer strength press- 15,12,10-8,6-8(rest pause),6(dropset) 2)Incline DB press-12, 8,8,8(rest pause),6-8(dropset) pick a weight you fail on for 8reps throughout working sets 3)machine fly- 12,12,12,12(double dropset) 4)Weighted Chest dips- 3 sets to FAIL up weight each set. Last set drop set until FAIL! Calves 1)Standing calf raises- 5 sets of 10-15 including 1 warm up set. Up the weight each set so you fail! Last set a double drop set! 2)Leg press calf raise- 10 reps(rest10secs), 20 reps(rest20secs),30reps(rest30secs),40reps DONE! :)
