Thought Id do something a bit different today for quads. I havent leg pressed for Im guessing, 6 years, dont ask me why, I think Neil Hill put me off after our last workout. Anyway I decided to pick a weight I could do 50 reps with (rest pause) then each time added more weight and did 40, 30, 20 and 10 reps. Then I did 4 sets of 15 with the heaviest weight (rest pause) By this time I thought I was going to puke so I decided 4 sets of heavy hacks would do the trick. It didnt! Finished off with single leg ext (3 sets on each leg) then whacked the weight up and did 3 sets of double leg ext with twice the weight! The burning in my quads that I experienced was like no other! It took me 10 mins to get off my back! Now its time to re fuel, Im starving! That how I rolled today.....literally! 😂😂😂👍💪👊
