Thought any staff/volunteers who were at Maui Humane Society in June 2010 when we adopted this dog would love to see the remarkable change she has made :-) Back then, she was a wounded and scarred, broken Pit Bull. Today, she is loving her life here in Pittsburgh with her own pack family of several Pit Bulls whom she is bf fs with and a bossy Jack Russell sister :-) Her shelter name was Faith and we renamed her NeNe to keep some of her Hawaiian roots (the day of her adoption she flew home to Pittsburgh with me). You would likely remember her for her Straight Leg which is a sad part of her history but a recognizable part of her charm by all who know and love her
