Thought for the day. Earlier on in the year when Clive and I were abroad we were asked to sit on a panel of high income earners and achievers with some masters of the industry. Random questions were asked by the audience and one that I really struggled with was, Have you ever felt like giving up”? All the panelists answered this question eloquently but when it came to me I really didn’t know what to say! Why? Because the truth is it never entered my head. That thought has never ever crossed my mind not even for a split second. The only answer I could give was a truthful one That thought never entered into my head. I remember thinking afterwards how pathetic that must have sounded and being annoyed with myself as everyone there was looking for me to tell them how I had overcome this feeling in order to carry on. Four months on I realised what I should have said. I should have explained WHY it has never enter my head, Why I have never felt in any way a failure in NWM to the point of wanting to give up. You see it is my opion that if you have the skill to gather one customer and one distributor, you can master the skill of gathering masses of both. But the question is, do you want to? Can you be bothered? Is it worth the time and effort? After gathering my first customer and distributor I new all I had to do was do it again and again and again. If I hit an obstacle (of which I hit many) just find a way over it, through it or round it and carry on. I never felt like giving up because I had burning desire. I am so fortunate that I have that. I know and respect the many that don’t but I also believe it is in all of us somewhere. We just need to look for it and find it. We all owe it to ourselves, our loved ones and to those who believe in us to at least have look! Have a brilliant week!
