Thought for the day... If you went off plan over the weekend, you dont need to: - Restrict the foods you eat this week; - Add extra cardio/training; - Punish yourself for slipping up; - Reduce calories; or - Beat yourself up about it... What you do need to do is ask yourself, how and why did I deviate from my plan? Work out a possible solution, learn from it and move on! Dont trip over things behind you!
