Thought for the day: So they are considering taxing fizzy drinks, in my opinion doesnt really bother me, but i believe there is a hidden agenda here! smoking is slowly becoming less and less popular, with nz to be smoke free by 2025 (ish). The tax put on the sales of smokes is a major money spinner for the government that is slowly drying up as less and less people smoke. Where will this extra income come from?? Taxing fast food and fizzy drinks! Food for thought !!
