Thought for the day… We all have thoughts, ideas and intentions… To think is easy, but to act on your thoughts is another story… Everyone has days where they are tired, busy, hungry and so forth, but if you really want to make a change to your physique, health, financial status or anything for that matter, you need to commit… There is no such thing as kind of committed. You are either in or you are out… Our actions and behaviours speak a lot about our priorities. Do your current eating and exercise behaviours reflect your goals? Ill leave that for you to reflect on… You dont need to commit to a diet, exercise regime or any other external thing… All you need to improve is to commit to yourself...
