Thought for today; I have enjoyed sharing some past memories with you. But had Jesus not been the focal point of those camps, it would have just been trees, cabins and loving people. But when you add in the dimension that Christ brings to any place that He is invited to Lives were eternally changed….Callings and Gifts were dispersed among His children… I remembering them saying we were the church of today, and now we echo that to our children and their children… As I go through my friends list and I look at the photo’s, I am amazed at the amount of Minister’s of the Gospel that those camps produced in every area of the Kingdom of God. We have gone to many different places around this world and nation, but, our common denominator is Jesus… And one day that song Sister McDonald taught us as kids that said “3 and 2 coming through…” It will not be long until, He step out and say’s Blow the Trumpet it is time to get my Children…. But until that time comes, our commission is to continue to carry the Gospel entrusted to us by those who blazed the trail before us and make disciples… Being faithful to the Message of the Cross…. Thank you all for the memories and spiritual investment that you have made for the Lord… It is bringing in a Harvest for the Master… Have a great Night, tomorrow we walk into the fields that are ripe unto harvest!
