Thought for today...truth is like a rock you can rest on...truth like honesty is dependable, it never shifts, never sinks, never rips itself out from under you....unlike dishonesty and lies, more like dangerous reefs that rip you open, but truth and honesty just keeps you clean and sober....and it cuts like a knife through the bull*&^% of life....be careful though, cos one can be honest, truthful, while still engaging in some form of self-deception, because the mind unless tamed and disciplined is a law unto itself.
