Thought i might post this here to help someone...i made it kinda quickly when i had a few spare minutes at the house...so forgive any errors, but here are some beginner level exercises that require no extra equipment. My buddy Mike asked me to come up with some stuff he could do...This was the first in a short series of beginner level videos Im working on....I reccomend using a stopwatch and and doing each exercise for 30 seconds for as many reps as possible, taking breaks as needed starting out....I tried to keep it short and simple....but for max benefit you would want 3-5 sets per exercise...
