Thought of the Day: The Day of Passion Has Arrived… Over the past few days I have made a determination that I will not wait any longer to have a new passion. We wait for a feeling but what happens when we don’t get one. We wait for God to move when in reality he already has. Many people are waiting for their pastor or their church. Haven’t we waited long enough? We wait for an increased anointing while we are not using the one we have. Haven’t we waited long enough? We wait for a word from the Lord when he already has spoken. We wait to be told to go when we have already been told to go. We are waiting for some sort of permission when we already have been given permission. In fact we have already been given the authority to go and watch God work through you. Mark 16:20 (NLT) ”And the disciples went everywhere and preached, and the Lord worked through them, confirming what they said by many miraculous signs.” The Lord will work through you! Haven’t we waited long enough? Can we look at the church worldwide and for the most part see we are like the Church of Laodicea. Revelations 3:15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot.” It’s time to stir ourselves up. It’s time to ask the Holy Spirit to provoke us with a new passion. Haven’t we waited long enough?
