Thought of the Day from Thursday, January 16th, 2014 It takes a great deal of courage to envision a world that defines itself by the pursuit of industrious merit. To some degree there is an altruist in us all, but very few care to expose that quality. The possibility of ridicule can defame reputations that are bent on the preservation of social status. Progress stands as a term that is overplayed by idealists all over the world. An idealized interest becomes a beacon of progressive inquiry just because the contested idea in question is thought to usher in a revolutionary paradigm for civilization. Thinking about the definitive essence of any term requires a great deal of curiosity and patience; unfortunately, humanity has always lacked both which exposes our inherent imperfection as a species. The pursuit of merit is arguably one of the most honorable pursuits that initiates and situates a human life into the real world. The broad depth of merit is supposed to channel an idea that takes our intuition to higher levels; achieving that stands as one of the most challenging milestones that brings a revolutionary vision to light. The pursuit of merit isn’t enough to sustain the bulwark of civilization; with seven billion people and counting it is becoming difficult to mount every deed of merit to the livelihood of the human individual. It takes a great deal of intellectual maturity to become an altruist and that stands as an inconvenient truth; throughout history people from every stratum in society are morbidly afraid of admitting to fault, defeat, or fallacy. The industrious human individual isn’t the obedient worker that thinks, acts, and responds to what they are told by their mainstream minders. Putting on that blue collar uniform is worlds away from harnessing the fully merited pursuit of human industriousness. The altruist acts on intuition and that communicates a message that compels us to change something about the proverbial box that defines the conceptual realm of civilization. Each individual production that is verbally omitted, literarily proposed, or institutionally sanctioned will carry aftereffects that will rock any civilization to its core. The slightest initiation of an individual’s sense of industry can change what we know and understand about reality for better or worse. Whether that industrious production arrives in the form of an idea or something that is superficially manufactured it carries with it a new dynamic that is waiting for the arrival of our intuitive perspective. The individual is quick to employ such a thing because they are able to witness firsthand the advantages in which an industrious innovation can have on their everyday life. It is for that reason why humankind is defined by the day-to-day experience which constructs and deconstructs reality just as the sun rises and falls. Uncovering that realization delivers an awakening to the generation that discovers it. An altruist will always have some sort of reason for becoming a situational extrovert, but that is typically done out of pursuit of industrious merit. Progress is nothing but a definitive dynamic that awaits the incumbent interpretations of altruists who use their sense of merit to give it industrious dimensions. Definitions of progress don’t deliver affirmative causations to action which is why an externalized production is required to have a foundational substance to something that is industriousness. Subjective merit attaches itself to ideas of progress because the former constantly strives for a situational prompt that safeguards real world entry into the here and now.
