Thought of the day: Spirituality is a way of life, a philosophy based on the laws of nature. Yogi Tamby highlighted some common doubts within you which you have to become aware of and work on yourself to avoid them from taking control of your mind: You have to refrain from: • Being influenced by superficiality-something that looks beautiful and rich on the outside but which is empty, dark or sick in the inside. Superficiality will delay your evolution as a person. • Do not hide or deny your weaknesses; you must instead accept and work on them. • Do not grieve if your merits are not recognized; only grieve for the qualities that you do not possess and have the willingness to develop these qualities. Affirmation (To be recited during auspicious time) Divine Energy and Spiritual Master, I have lots of responsibilities and respect that I owe towards my parents and towards everyone who have helped me. I must fulfil all my duties towards them. Help me so that I always stay motivated while doing so. Today they are proud that I have achieved so much and I must never forget them. My credibility is their credibility. They had a tremendous contribution in everything that I have achieved till today.
