Thought someone might enjoy :) Looking thru my papaws old family Bibles he passed down to me, I was always scared to look thru it cause it was so old. He told me it was his daddys, or grandfathers I dont quite remember. But I looked it in, hoping to find some family history or names. I found a few things. A newspaper-from January 4th, 1800. Its very fragile and falling apart, and crisp. But you can still read every word. As well as an old dollar bill and Francs he collected while in the service. He left me these things, but his love and memories will be more treasured.
