Thought this would be a great place to share our story about Kota, a Great Lakes Border Collie foster dog, that was adopted earlier this year. Short story, we pulled him from a shelter after his Amish owners dumped him, and we had to help him, heres his story: He was adopted by a family that trains and participates in search and rescue with their dogs, Kota has earned his CGC and his therapy dog certification and visits the Shriners hospital in California where they treat children with prosthetics. :) greatlakesbcrescue.org/happytails/2014/kota2014/kota2014.html
