Thoughts for Monday…Ending or Beginning? So, it’s Monday. Does that mean it’s the ending of the weekend or the beginning of the next week? It’s both, but it is a good reminder that with every ending there is a new beginning. Endings are difficult when they mean saying goodbye to loved ones, lifestyles and comforts. However, endings can also represent the end of pain such as broken relationships, debt, addictions and abuse. Those endings can be very liberating. The good thing about ALL endings and there is always a new beginning to follow. I am passionate in working with individuals who are facing new beginnings.
