Thoughts for Saturday…Changing Habits. We all have those nagging behaviors that keep us from reaching our potential. For some it is overeating, procrastination, over commitment, need to control, etc. Habits are difficult to change. Our habits are so engrained in our mind that we don’t even have to think about it before we realize we are right back to overeating, procrastinating, over committing or controlling. The saying “Old habits die hard” is no lie. Life coaching helps create awareness which in turn helps you determine an action for changing your habit.
