Thoughts for the day… Reading the postings this morning it occurs to me how things may change but the basics of life remain the same. My dear friend Carolyn remarked about the music she was listening to which prompted me to comment on the change in music, which led to another post about “tweaking” and even animals do it in their mating dances. My heart was touched by yet another story Dr. Wayne Dyer posted about the elephants which came to visit a human friend’s home after his passing. How can one not feel touched by such a story? Later today I will be meeting with my dear friend Ursula and her lovely mother as we celebrate her 78 years of life. What a wonderful blessing to be a part of. I put this all together and watch how life is woven together to create the fabric of our lives. We are all connected and touch one another in so many ways. As I look out my window on the world today, I am happy to take a moment for the past and reminisce, embrace the present as it is the here and now, and be hopeful for the future. With each passing day my desire is to leave gentle foot prints for others to follow, that some lesson I have learned and shared will reach someone and help them along the way. May my humanness touch your humanness and make this a better world. ~Namaste~
