Thoughts from someone who isnt following or studying it near enough. In order for Obamacare to work, a HUGE number of folks have to sign up to create a huge pool of money. THAT isnt happening. Social Security works because everyone has to be involved. The supporters of the program NEEDED to have HUGE involvement into the plan. The media reported that there was not a lot of public support. Those thinking they needed the plan (as I expected) would rather go without than pay the extra money for it they do not have. Penalties will not affect them since they are very low for low income families. The whole thing is a fiasco.
