Thoughts on coconuts and parenting: I completely understand why we buy them shredded in bags now. I firmly believe that the evolution of the coconut is directly tied to the amount of time one must have when sitting on a beach without power tools. Your child is a good one when she does her best to eat a two inch piece of raw coconut after you sliced your finger open to get it for her before going off to play Frozen in her room. What liquor goes well with coconut? :/
