Thracians always know how to have a good time. Here, inhabitants of the village of Ano Oinoi, Orestiada, Thrace (Greece) dance in celebration of Deve Gunu - Camel Day - part of the Christmas to New Years carnival revels in 2009. Ano Oinoi was built in the 1920s to house refugees from the Gagauz village of Saraplar (now Serbetter) near to Edirne in todays Turkish Thrace, while Orestiada was built to house mainly refugees from Edirne (Adrianople) itself and its suburb Karaagac.
