Three Arrested on Drug Charges in Shopping Plaza Parking Lot On Tuesday, January 6, 2014 at approximately 12:30 PM Worcester police were patrolling the area of 344 Greenwood Street (Burlington Coat Factory Plaza) in response to receiving complaints about drug activity in the parking lot. An officer from the vice squad noticed a Dodge pickup truck parked in a remote area the parking lot near a snowbank. The officer observed three occupants in the vehicle passing drug paraphernalia to each other. The officer notified other vice squad officers in the area. Three officers approached the vehicle and observed in plain view, a full syringe on the dashboard and heroin. The occupants were asked to step out the vehicle. Officers recovered two additional heroin loaded syringes. Joshua Oliver, 28, of 10 8 Lots Street, Sutton, MA was charged with Possession of Class A Substance, and Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws. Norman Berbube, 32, of 272 Douglas Street, Douglas, MA was charged with Possession of Class A Substance, and Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws. Jacqueline, 28, of 106 Main Street, Oxford, MA was charged with Possession of Class A Substance, and Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws.
