Instead of constantly trying to hoodwink the people with the same old one-note symphony of the rich should have everything (Friedrich Hayek disagreed, but that for another time), and, as for the people, well, sucks to be you. Add the religious example; neo cons couldn’t care less about it. Why?, Religion is merely a means to an end, a tool. They don’t care about the principles of Jesus, only that the masses of believers should obey their authority. After all, enforced misery - poverty, health care denial, public humiliation and criminalization of daily activities such as hunger, unemployment, and homelessness, has but one desired outcome – to make believers out of them. How?, because all of their pleadings to actual living people in positions to help them (employers and the government, etc.) fall on deaf ears. The only seeming alternative is to slip into fantasy through belief in faeries and wishing for better outcomes.
