Three accused in NaMos Patana hunkar rally bomb blasts are JUVENILES aged 15 years. So as per existing law, they will get ONLY three years in prison. How can we get them executed, if guilty? Pls order YOUR MP via SMS to reduce juvenile age to 14 years for murder/rape etc crimes, and also order him to print law that Jurors can give FULL punishment to any juvenile even 7 years old , if the Jurors think that juvenile knew that his action would harm the victims. === On 9-jan-2013 , I sent order to my MP via SMS to change juvenile law , and make juvenile age from 18 years to 14 years effective 1-jan-2010 for all crimes such as murder/rape etc. (see link to my facebook status first comment) . And I also ordered my MP via SMS to print law that Jury can give FULL punishment to juvenile if Jury thinks that even 8 year old juvenile understood that his actions can cause damage to victims. Many recallists did send this order to MP via SMS . But most activists refused to send such order to MP via SMS and also refused to support the proposal of lowering the juvenile age. Why? Because both Anna and AK had opposed the proposal of reducing juvenile age, and had opposed the proposal of sending orders to MPs via SMS on any issue. So both asked activists NOT to send such orders to juvenile via SMS. Most activists these days are AK\Anna-bhagats. They took their gods words as gods word and did not send such orders. So juvenile with criminal minds became bolder. More and more juveniles are committing crimes, eg in Mumbai shakti mill case too, one of five accused is juvenile who will get only 3 years in observation home , instead of 10 years in prison. And now some juveniles became bold enough to throw bombs , aiming to kill 10s of people. ==== So once again, I request ALL to send orders to MPs via SMS to make our law same as Australia or USA, where if Jurors decide that juvenile was mature enough, then full punishment is given. And pls disregard appeal of AK/Anna that you should NOT send such orders to MPs via SMS. And pls also disregard appeal of AK\Anna that juvenile age must not be changed Pls see other links in first comment.
